So you just removed your Outlook 2007 profile, you’ve created a new profile but outlook wont open?

You’re getting an error similar to:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot Open the Outlook Window

Its simple enough to fix, just run the follow flag on Outlook from the command prompt or run:

Outlook.exe /resetnavpane
